Due to the demands of our travel schedule and the increase in gas prices, we were reluctant to add a Travel Surcharge. These are PER VISIT rates, and are calculated based on estimated travel time from our office, as determined by Mapquest.com.
Acceptance of services is contingent on the estimated travel time and if client is within the stated service area. Please refer to our Service page to determine how you can calculate the ESTIMATED MINUTES your home is from our office.

| A petty cash account can be set up to handle any expenses or services that require payment. In the event there is no petty cash account set up, Summor’s House & Pet Sitting Service will settle any billing and will add an additional $20 fee to the total to be included on your invoice. |

| Our Scoop Service has designated service days, depending on where you live in the Kansas City Metro area. This is done to insure you will have a consistent service day each week.
Our Trim & Scoop service was designed for those who didn't have time to top of their lawn before our visit. Well, no worries!! We will trim your lawn before the scoop to make your outdoor space look even better!!

*Any month where a 5th week applies, the Client will incur the standard per visit Scoop and/or Trim rate, which will be billed in addition to the Monthly Billing.
*Monthly billings will be sent out by the 15th of each month. Payment will be due by the 5th of the following month. (e.g. Billing sent out by Jan. 15th, Payment expect by Feb. 5th). Any past due accounts will incur an additional $2 fee per day starting on the 6th of each month.
