How Does it Work?

Summor's House & Pet Sitting Service understands the importance of a quick and easy process...

1. Prior to your travel plans, visit our web site to check out our SERVICES and the RATES that apply

2. REQUEST information (New Clients) and/or BOOK your reservation online (Returning Clients)

3. Once your Reservation is received, our staff will quote you an approximate price within 24 HOURS. You will receive an email from echosign@echosign.com requesting that you REVIEW and ELECTRONICALLY SIGN (e-sign) your Client Confirmation. If you find any discrepancies or would like to add/cancel any service, you will have the option at this time.

4. Schedule a free IN-HOME CONSULTATION - During this visit we will discuss the level of care you need, answer any questions you may have, and become acquainted with your pet(s). General Consultations last between 30-45 minutes.

5. Complete your HOUSE & PET PROFILE - If a service is agreed upon, we will take comprehensive details of your requirements, which will include your pet's daily routines, emergency contacts, veterinary information, location of items in the home, etc. This form is generally filled out once and retrieved every time you have a scheduled visit.

6. KEY pick up - If you choose not to have your key/code retained on file, approximately a week prior to your departure, we will schedule a key pick-up. All keys will be tested to ensure they are operable.
